A Message from the Practice Group Chair

Thank you for visiting the CBA Common Pleas Court Practice Group page. I’m Stacey, practice group chair and staff attorney to Judge Richard Frye. We meet on the first Thursday of the month at noon to hear speakers discuss practicing in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. We often feature judicial officers and court personnel sharing advice and preferences for practitioners, along with conversations about topical litigation issues or recent rule amendments. I encourage you to attend our meetings and reach out if you have any suggestions for speakers or topics.
