WLFC is a bar association for women attorneys in Central Ohio.

Established in 1942, Women Lawyers of Franklin County (WLFC) has grown from a few members to over 250 today. Throughout this time, WLFC has continued to strive to address the professional needs and concerns of women lawyers in the Greater Columbus area.

We advocate for the inclusion, equality and respect of all women in our profession and our community. Our culture is rooted in the honest exchange of ideas and dedicated to the professional advancement of women through leadership, educational programming, networking and community outreach. Individually and collectively, we are our own best resource.
