Mission

To become THE forum for the development of practical and innovative solutions to legal issues relating to the construction industry by promoting active interchange of experience and ideas for the continued education and improvement of the members of the bar interested in construction law, and by providing information to the central Ohio community to advance professionalism and quality of legal services.

A Message from the Practice Group Chair

I am thankful and happy to have been selected as the Chair of the Construction Law Practice Group for the CBA and I am looking forward to working with the CBA and our local practitioners to provide relevant and substantive content aimed at advancing the construction law practice in Central Ohio. Our monthly meetings will be aimed at discussing recent developments in Ohio construction law, providing presentations by speakers on legal issues and resources available to our practitioners, and discussing current events in the industry. If you have any questions or ideas related to topics or events, please let me know. I look forward to seeing you at our monthly meetings.
