The Columbus Bar Association extends its sincere gratitude to everyone who joined us for the 2026 Annual Meeting on June 11 at The Fives.
The Annual Meeting is an opportunity to celebrate the strength of our legal community, recognize outstanding service and professionalism, and reflect on our shared commitment to the rule of law. We were honored to gather with members, volunteers, leaders, and supporters who help make the CBA a vibrant and impactful organization.
During the event, we welcomed and swore in our new President, Melanie Tobias-Hunter, Columbus City Attorney, along with the newly elected members of the Board of Governors. We also celebrated the remarkable contributions of this year's award recipients.
Congratulations to Lisa Eschleman of Friedman & Mirman Co., L.P.A., recipient of the Professionalism Award, and Charles Schneider of Isaac Wiles Burkholder & Miller LLC, recipient of the Bar Service Medal. Their dedication to the legal profession and service to the community exemplify the values that strengthen our bar association and the legal system we serve.
The evening also provided an opportunity to connect with colleagues, recognize accomplishments, and celebrate the collective impact of the Columbus legal community. The CBA's success is made possible by the engagement and support of members who contribute their time, talent, and leadership throughout the year.
Thank you for being part of this special event and for your continued commitment to the Columbus Bar Association. Together, we are building a stronger legal community, supporting one another in practice, and safeguarding the profession for the future.
