Supreme Court of Ohio Releases New Guide for Incorporating AI Tools

The legal profession is rapidly embracing artificial intelligence, but its use comes with important ethical responsibilities. Recognizing both the opportunities and risks of AI in legal practice, the Supreme Court of Ohio has released a new Board of Professional Conduct guide: "Ohio Ethics Guide: Artificial Intelligence for Lawyers and Judicial Officers."

The new resource provides guidance to help attorneys, judges, and magistrates use AI technologies responsibly while upholding their professional and ethical obligations.
