COLUMBUS, Ohio (May 27, 2026) – Roetzel & Andress is welcoming several attorneys to its Columbus office, adding depth across key practice areas and strengthening its team serving businesses throughout the region. In addition, the firm recently named Scott G. Brown shareholder-in-charge of the Columbus office.

The firm recently welcomed shareholders Thomas D. Brasco, Jr., Bryan M. Pritikin, Demetrius J. Robinson and Jacob D. Worrell.
Robinson, a shareholder in the Corporate, Tax & Transactional Group, advises businesses on the tax implications of reorganizations, transactions and multistate operations. He also represents businesses in disputes with federal, state and local taxing authorities.
Pritikin, a member of the Business Litigation Group, focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, business disputes, construction disputes and probate litigation.
Brasco is a shareholder in the Products & Transportation Group with more than 15 years of experience in high-exposure insurance defense litigation. His practice focuses on commercial motor vehicle and trucking defense, auto liability and rideshare matters, as well as premises liability, product liability, insurance coverage analysis and appellate advocacy.
Worrell, a member of the Real Estate Group, focuses his nationwide transactional practice on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, title matters and development.

Brown, a member of the Corporate, Tax & Transactional Group, advises businesses on corporate structuring and transactions, as well as trademark registration and protection. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, contract negotiation and trademark and copyright matters.
In his role as shareholder-in-charge, Brown will help guide the strategic direction of the Columbus office while continuing his practice.
