The Nomination and Elections committee has submitted their report certifying to the Board of Governors that the following candidates are eligible to run for the 2025-2026 Board. The election will open on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 9:00 am and closed at noon on Friday, May 9, 2025.

On the ballot for officer positions are:

President: Kelli Amador, Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP (VIEW BIO
President-Elect: Melanie Tobias-Hunter, Columbus City Attorney (VIEW BIO)
Secretary/Treasurer: David Ingram, The Ohio State University Office of Legal Affairs (VIEW BIO)

Only members who have been elected to at least one full term and currently serving on the Board of Governors are eligible for Secretary/Treasurer. Aracely Tagliaventi, current Columbus Bar President, will serve another year as Immediate Past President

Additional eligible persons may be nominated for any Board position by delivering to the Association’s Executive Director a nominating petition signed by at least ten (10) voting members of the Association whose dues for the current fiscal year are paid. A nominating petition must be received at the Association office by not later than noon on April 25, 2025.
