Mission
To investigate and prosecute complaints of violations of the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct; to further implement the spirit of the Rules of Professional Conduct so as to address the conduct of attorneys which reflects negatively on the practice of law or represents conduct falling below a level of civility or professionalism to be expected of members of our association.

Please note: The CBA cannot review, investigate, or take action on grievances submitted during this period. Any submissions received during this time will be transferred to another entity for investigation.
