Mission
To investigate and prosecute complaints of violations of the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct; to further implement the spirit of the Rules of Professional Conduct so as to address the conduct of attorneys which reflects negatively on the practice of law or represents conduct falling below a level of civility or professionalism to be expected of members of our association.
Grievance Filing Notice
The CBA is accepting grievance submissions. If you wish to file a complaint or grievance regarding an Ohio attorney, please complete and submit the below linked grievance form.
Please note: The CBA cannot review, investigate, or take action on grievances submitted in person or over the phone. Grievances must be submitted by the above form.
