To act as a forum for legal information professionals and attorneys interested in libraries, specifically to analyze and discuss new and existing technologies and methods of providing information for the legal community.

A Message from the Practice Group Chair
Welcome to the LRIR Practice Group where all legal information professionals can meet and share! We have a wealth of legal resources in our community, and I encourage everyone to share insights on the latest tools and databases that can enhance our research capabilities.  Moreover, this is a great opportunity to touch base with fellow law librarians in the Columbus area. We typically meet on the third Tuesday of each month at noon via Zoom. Topics of interest range from emerging legal technologies including artificial intelligence, data privacy, legal research training and education, academic and law firm user experience, etc. Please feel free to reach out if you have any suggestions for topics you would like to see covered. Let’s foster a collaborative environment where we can exchange ideas, share experiences, and support one another in our professional journeys.
