A Message from the Practice Group Chair
I am pleased to act as the Chair of the Estate Planning & Trust Practice Group and thanks for visiting our page. We meet via Zoom the first Tuesday of every month, 12:00 to 1:00PM. This Group will offer a variety of topics from talented professionals covering common planning issues, new trends, and considerations for administration of simple and complex trusts pre- and post-mortem. It will also cover ancillary issues most estate planning practitioners will face relative to Elder Law/Medicaid, the interplay of probate, fiduciary litigation, taxation, and ethical considerations that may arise. We look forward to seeing you!
