A Message from the Practice Group Chair
Welcome to the CBA Criminal Law Practice Group! I am excited to work with fellow criminal law practitioners. Whether you have been practicing for decades or are newer to the criminal bar, there is much to learn and stay apprised of in this evolving field. I hope our practice group meetings can be useful to practitioners on both side of the criminal practice – defense counsel and prosecutors alike. As a younger lawyer myself, I hope to learn from my fellow CBA members and bring new, diverse issues to the practice group meetings. I would love to hear from other practice group members and criminal law practitioners about what is most important to you and your practice.
