The Bankruptcy Law Practice Group will, through the active involvement of a broad and diverse membership, focus on professionalism, education and collegiality.

A Message from the Practice Group Chair

It is a privilege to serve as chair of this practice group. My family and I returned to the Midwest a year ago after twenty years in Arizona, where I practiced nearly exclusively in bankruptcy, insolvency, and receivership matters. I am now licensed in both Arizona and Ohio, and I am extremely grateful for how welcoming the Columbus bankruptcy bar has been. I look forward to getting to know each of you.

My goal is to ensure our monthly meetings are always worth your hour. Bankruptcy and insolvency work reaches nearly every corner of the local economy, and our programming will reflect that range. Whether you handle consumer cases, commercial restructuring, receiverships, or work as or with trustees or lenders, this group is for you. We meet by Zoom on the second Thursday of the month.
