Franklin County Municipal Court Self-Help Resource Center Featured by Politico
Politico recently featured the Franklin County Municipal Court Self-Help Center as an innovation in serving individuals who have been incarcerated. While all of the Center's work was discussed, special attention was given to the new social work program.
The Franklin County Law Library Fund of the Columbus Bar Foundation created and funded the Self-Help Center in 2016 in conjunction with the Franklin County Municipal Court. The Foundation is providing a three year matching grant to allow the Center to keep the social worker position now that CARES funding has expired.
