To enable interaction among the Columbus Bar's health care lawyers, health care industry representatives and government regulators; to provide a forum for discussion of timely issues of interest to health care lawyers; and to offer education programs in health care law.

A Message from the Health Care Law Committee Chair

“Welcome to Health Care Law Committee, our meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month. Health care is a broad and dynamic field affecting everyone intimately at some point in their life and is at the heart of some of the largest institutions and companies in central Ohio. With the 'greying' of America health care will continue to grow as our society deals with the challenges of a population that is both aging and beset by a host health epidemics from obesity to inadequate mental health treatment. Our committee strives to inform about this large area of the law and to provide networking opportunities to build stronger connections amongst the bar. Please suggest ideas for topics, speakers, resources, and events which you believe are important. I am excited and hope that you will join us each month.”
