The Environmental Law Committee strives to provide valuable interaction among environmental attorneys, regulators, and the public at large. The Committee promotes collegiality amongst Committee members and the treatment of clients, opposing counsel, and opposing parties with respect and professionalism.

A Message from the Environmental Law Committee Chairs

“Welcome to the Columbus Bar's Environmental Law Committee page! Our committee meets the second Wednesday of every month to discuss hot topics of interest for practitioners focused on environmental law. Environmental laws and regulations are in a constant state of flux. We keep Columbus Bar members up to date by routinely hosting speakers from regulatory agencies to provide information about current and upcoming regulatory developments. ”
