Mission

To educate our members in the areas of business taxation; to increase interaction between the business tax bar and governmental tax authorities to effectively administer business taxation, and to provide its members the opportunity to interact with one another and effect positive changes in the area of business taxation.

A Message from the Business Tax Committee Chair

“The Business Tax Committee welcomes all local practitioners to join us in our monthly meetings. We provide our members with relevant tax information that can be used in their practice. Our monthly meetings include presentations from local practitioners, CPAs, and other professionals on pertinent topics like corporate tax, pass-through entity tax, state or local tax, and structuring techniques. We encourage members to ask questions and provide personal experiences and insights on subjects. This environment promotes a congenial roundtable-like discussion where members obtain practical knowledge to implement into their own practice.”
