Mission

To expand the awareness and utilization of ADR processes in central Ohio by members of the Bar and the general public.

A Message from the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee Chair

“The Committee is composed of experienced practitioners, advocates interested in ADR and experienced attorneys and associate members practicing in the field. Our Associate members bring many insights to our discussions. Last year the Committee had joint committee meetings which built on the strengths and interests of a larger base. Initial plans include a CLE program, more joint meetings with sister committees and educational content to every meeting. Our group has willing mentors to those interested in the opportunities to serve clients in a non judicial system. We look forward to a new year of expanding growth and discussion about the field. Please join us as we discuss, educate and collaborate to make ADR processes the standard bearer for client service and satisfaction. ”
