Mission

The mission of the Negligence Law Committee is to provide a space for negligence attorneys to openly discuss developments in our practice area, and ways that we can improve our legal knowledge to better serve our clients.

A Message from the Committee Chair

Thank you for your interest in the Negligence Law Committee. Those who focus on, or are interested in, the practice of personal injury matters, including plaintiff and defense counsel, as well as future attorneys, are welcome to attend our meetings. Meetings take place virtually, for the benefit and convenience of our members, every third Wednesday of the month from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.

Each meeting will feature a prominent speaker who will present on new developments, practice suggestions, trends, and changes in aspects of personal injury and negligence law. While the meetings are designed for educational and growth purposes, members will also be able to network and collaborate with similarly situated practitioners with varied years of experience.
