Naila Awan is a civil and human rights lawyer for Demos, a dynamic “think-and-do” tank that aims to power the movement for a just, inclusive, multiracial democracy. Naila works to help address practices and policies that restrict the ability of individuals to engage in the democratic process and repress voices of traditionally marginalized communities.
