Program Overview:

Research shows that bias creeps into the systems used at each of the key moments of choice throughout an attorney's career. The CBA Bias Interrupters Series will devote a session to each key moment of choice, examine the systemic bias found there, and present a menu of solutions to interrupt that bias, leading to better employment practices and greater diversity. This session will focus on systemic bias in performance evaluations and compensation.
