Topic: Chief Quinlan and Executive Director Moore will be sharing their experiences and perspectives on community and police relations in Ohio. Chief Quinlan has served with the Columbus Division of Police since 1989, most recently serving as a liaison to the Mayor’s Community Safety Advisory Commission and as a team member on the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative. Karhlton Moore became the Executive Director of ODPS’ Office of Criminal Justice Services in 2005, previously serving as the chief legal counsel and legislative liaison for the Office of Criminal Justice Services. As Executive Director, he is responsible for the administration and evaluation of state and federal grants for law enforcement, victim assistance, juvenile justice, crime prevention courts, anti-trafficking efforts, re-entry, corrections programs, traffic safety, and the Ohio Collaborative Community-Police Advisory Board.
