Professor McDade, “the country’s foremost expert on crimes against rare books, maps, documents, and other printed cultural heritage resources” has authored four books, writes articles on the subject and lectures at conferences around the world.
He currently holds the position of Curator of Law Rare Books, Associate Professor of Library Service at the University of Illinois College of Law.
