  8. EVOLUTION OF THE SPECIALIZED DOCKET DEPARTMENT

     

  9.  Staff development and Paige Allen, Director
  10. Designated 6th floor courtrooms and staff offices

  12. ADMISSION PROCESS TO PROGRAMS

     

  13. Referrals from all courtrooms on a pending case

  15. From recommendation of Judge, Prosecutor, attorney or Defendant

  17. Process Request for Admission to respective Docket
  18. Assessment, Staffing and acceptance
  19. Participation Agreement and Sentencing
  20. Transfer to Presiding Judge for Specialized Docket
  21. Refer back to original Judge if not accepted

  31. Assessment, Staffing, and acceptance
  32. Participation Agreement and Sentencing

  34. PHASE MOVMENT AND COMPLETION OF PROGRAM
  1. The 5-phase best practices model
  2. Weekly reporting within phases
  3. Completion between 1 and 2 years
  4. Probation for monitoring, conditions of probation
  5. Vacate plea and dismiss case if successful completion (some)
