Matt Dixon joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2014. Specializing in office and industrial brokerage, Mr. Dixon represents both owners and occupiers in sales and leasing. He draws upon his extensive legal background to assist clients with understanding their rights and liabilities throughout the sales and/or leasing process. Mr. Dixon also provides invaluable advice and guidance to his clients in investment and development sales.
Mr. Dixon’s clients range from fast-growing startups to regional and national firms. He has successfully completed projects ranging from 1,000 SF to 100,000 SF for clients such as Lane Aviation, Nippon Life Insurance Company, Ohio State Highway Patrol, Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Spectrum Retirement Communities, Northwest Title Family of Companies and Chesapeake Realty among others.

Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Dixon worked at a boutique commercial real estate law firm where he focused on representing private equity firms, developers, and financial institutions, as well as landlords and tenants, in numerous real estate transactions, including investment sales, syndications, leasing and finance-related issues.
