In this advanced three-part program, Pauline Tesler will guide you through an exploration of the non-rational side of family conflict and dispute resolution, focusing on fascinating and often surprising discoveries from 21st century research in the fields of evolutionary neuroscience, behavioral economics, decision science, cognitive and social psychology, and more.
Session Two (Feb. 18, 2-4pm)
and
Session Three (Feb. 25, 2-4pm)
will build on a foundational introduction to the human brain presented in
Session One (Feb. 11, 2-4pm)
. While attendance at all three sessions is not required, the information from Session One is necessary to get full benefit from Sessions Two and Three.
The entire series has been approved for specialty CLE credit toward OSBA Family Relations Law Certification.
