Program Overview:

For trial attorneys and transactional attorneys alike, this program will teach practical and powerful techniques for effective negotiation, persuasion, and ultimate settlement of even the most difficult disputes.  Drawing from research in social psychology, behavioral economics and neuroscience, the class is designed to teach attorneys how to ethically influence clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel so that consensus can be easily achieved!  The ability to ethically influence people is critical to success inside and outside the courtroom. This program teaches attorneys powerful, scientifically proven principles of influence that can be used to ethically persuade people including your clients, opposing counsel,  judges and juries.

Brian Ahearn is the author of Influence PEOPLE: Powerful Everyday Opportunities to Persuade that are Lasting and Ethical. He is one of only 20 people in the world certified by Robert Cialdini - the most cited living social psychologist on the science of influence - to teach this course. Brian combines his 30+ years of business experience with more than seven decades of research from social psychology, behavioral economics and neuroscience to teach you how to hear "Yes!" more often.
