HB366: Ohio's New Child Support Guidelines
On June 29, 2018, Governor Kasich signed into law House Bill 366, the first substantial modification of Ohio’s child support laws in over 25 years. The new laws correct numerous long-standing issues with the calculation of child support and are designed to increase the collection of child support for Ohio’s neediest families. This seminar will educate you about the substantial changes implemented by this bill, from the increase in the child support schedules to the implementation of a parenting time credit, and so much more!
