Focusing on the “why”, attendees will leave with an enhanced understanding of what lean really means, how it can improve their interaction with others (including clients), and the cultural enablers that are paramount in any lean management system.

Program Overview and Learning Objectives:  This program is the culmination of a practice management curriculum.  This class is an intensive workshop that will result in attendees receiving a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification.   Attendees will leave with a definitive tool kit and will understand the process of implementation of all tools necessary to immediately implement and practice lean performance skills.
