Charges for Services

Columbus Bar Staffing Solutions charges 10% of the first year's annual salary for both full-time and part-time permanent placements for direct hires. The charge for temporary referrals is $20 per day (in addition to the hourly wage paid directly to the temp). Our fees are much less than those of commercial employment agencies.

Confidentiality

We realize that your staffing concerns are often confidential, and we treat all information pertaining to staffing as such. We also offer the use of our facilities for candidate interviews so that you may meet with candidates outside of your office if you prefer.

Satisfaction Guaranteed on Candidate Referrals

Our referral fees apply only if we place a candidate within your organization. If we don't send you the right person, there is no charge to you. For any candidate hired through our referral, there is a full refund if employment is terminated during the first two weeks; 75% refund during the third or fourth week; 50% refund during the fifth through eighth week; and 25% during the ninth through twelfth week. This guarantee applies should the candidate be terminated or resign for any reason.
