Legal Support Staff

The Columbus Bar Staffing Solutions refers qualified candidates for paralegal, secretarial other support staff applicants for your consideration. Our goal is to minimize the time involved in hiring personnel while maximizing results. We skill-test and background check all candidates, our fees tend to be much less than those of commercial employment agencies, and you don't have to be Bar member to use our services.   • You do not be a Columbus Bar member to utilize our staffing service.
  • We refer candidates for both permanent positions and temporary staffing. (NOTE: The temporary workers we refer are not employees of Columbus Bar Services. They work as independent contractors or casual/seasonal employees for our client firms.)
  • Each candidate we refer has been personally interviewed and evaluated by our staff as well as skills-tested.
  • Staffing Solutions conducts record background checks to search for felony convictions within the last seven years of the candidate's date of application.
  • Staffing Solutions will assist in arranging interviews with the candidates as well as provide assistance with the job offer and acceptance process.

Confidentiality

We realize that your staffing concerns are often confidential, and we treat all information pertaining to staffing as such. We also offer the use of our facilities for candidate interviews so that you may meet with candidates outside of your office if you prefer.
