Charges for Services

Direct Hire

Experis charges 15% of the first year's annual salary for direct hires. Except for a client initiated reduction in workforce, elimination of the position or insufficient work for the candidate, if a candidate hired by our client is not longer employed by our client 30 calendar days after the candidate's start date, Experis on a one-time basis will use its best efforts to replace the candidate at no additional cost. We provide all clients, for their signature, a services agreement describing all responsibilities prior to accepting a direct hire assignment.

Temporary Staffing

Charges for temporary referrals handled by Experis are negotiated with the client on a position-by-position basis.

Columbus Bar Association Job Boards

The cost to law firms or solo attorney practitioners to post a job on the Columbus Bar Association Attorney Job Board or the Columbus Bar Association Legal Support Staff Job Board is $75 per post. Third parties (to include recruiters) may also post open positions for a fee of $125 per post, and are required to identify themselves as third parties.
