Meeting Facilities & Videoconferencing

One of the best-kept secrets in Columbus; the beautiful meeting and conference facilities of the Columbus Bar Association are available for rent by Columbus Bar members, law firms, law-related organizations and other businesses. We are also equipped to provide video-conferencing in all six of our meeting rooms. The Columbus Bar staff stands ready to assist with arrangements for your event at costs that are significantly less than similar accommodations in area hotels or convention facilities.

All meeting rooms are wired with high-speed internet connectivity and video-conferencing. Wireless internet is also available for visitors. Convenient parking at the neighboring Rich/3rd Parking Garage is one more advantage, making the Columbus Bar an ideal location for your event.

The facilities listed here are available at varying rates for half day, full day, evening, and weekend rental. The Columbus Bar also rents a variety of audio/visual equipment for use in the facilities. Food and beverage services available at the Columbus Bar include all day beverage service, continental breakfast service, box lunches, or full service catering.

Our space is not available for rent on Sundays so that our staff can enjoy time with friends and family. In an effort to ensure the convenience and safety of our staff and yours, we are unable to extend the rental hours noted above.
