The Columbus Bar Association presents an efficient, effective infrastructure to help attorneys practice the law of good intentions.

When the community asks, you answer. The attorneys of the Columbus Bar Association comprise an astounding corps of volunteers. Collectively your efforts to serve - whether marked in time spent or dollars given - energize and influence countless charitable, civic and community organizations throughout central Ohio. Men and women from the Columbus Bar stand shoulder to shoulder with volunteers from many different professions to help those in need in our community.

But there is one need only a lawyer can answer. Pro bono legal services help individuals who might have no other way to access the justice system. This is important work. When volunteer attorneys protect the rights of the underserved by performing pro bono legal services, they give dignity to the voiceless and the entire community thrives.
