Columbus Bar Association

How We Can Help You

Throughout our existence, the Columbus Bar Association and the Columbus bar Foundation have helped connect attorneys with meaningful pro bono and volunteer opportunities that directly benefit central Ohio families and institutions.

We provide the infrastructure:

  • Referrals to pro bono programs and clients that match your interest and experience
  • Free primary malpractice insurance to insure that volunteer attorneys are covered in their performance of pro bono services through our programs
  • Free training and mentoring to help you confidently perform pro bono legal services outside of your normal practice area.
  • Access to litigation support for special needs of pro bono programs is financed through the Columbus Bar Foundation’s Denis Murphy Fund.
