Judicial Campaign Advertising CommitteeThe Judicial Campaign Advertising Committee is a political balanced group whose objective is to assist with compliance with the prohibitions of Cannon 7 of the Code of Judicial Conduct as it relates to advertisements in judicial campaigns. A subcommittee, appointed by the Chair, reviews all campaign materials that are voluntarily submitted by candidates to determine if it contains false, misleading, unfair, unethical or illegal statements as defined by the Constitution, Canons of Judicial Conduct, applicable campaign finance law and any applicable case law relating to them. |
