Probate and Court Bonds

As part of the range of benefits and services offered by the Columbus Bar Association, CBS Agency Inc. will write Probate and Court Bonds for attorneys in central Ohio.

Anyone in need of surety bonds for guardians, estate executors, administrators, trustees, or any other probate-related service, can now be pre-approved through CBS Agency, Inc., a for-profit subsidiary of the Columbus Bar Association.

Either fill out a form online, save and email to bonds@cbalaw.org or print it, fill it out and fax to 614/340.2080.
