Open, Inclusive Columbus

“Columbus is a Midwest gem with great appeal for ambitious, energetic, talented young professionals. A career here includes a high quality of life and a great place to raise a family.”
--Columbus Managing Partners Diversity Initiative

or

“What distinguishes Columbus from other cities located in America’s heartland is that its law firm diversity measures are formalized in a five-year project known as the Managing Partner’s Diversity Initiative.”
--Columbus Managing Partners Diversity Initiative

A diverse community of lawyers requires an open, diverse city. As the 15th largest city in the nation, Columbus is home to many colleges and universities, two law schools, two major league sports teams and a thriving arts community. Columbus is the capital of Ohio, as well as the county seat of Franklin County, and is the most populous city in Ohio. A growing Midwest city, Columbus has long been known as a great place to start a career and raise a family.
