To be the leading forum for central Ohio's real estate professionals in fostering and expanding current knowledge of substantive areas of real estate law and to aid in furthering the Columbus Bar's ideals of diversity, community service and professionalism.
A Message from the Real Property Law Committee Chair
“The Real Property Law Committee provides professional education and networking opportunities to attorneys practicing in residential and commercial real estate law. One of the greatest strengths of the committee is the wide variety of practitioners who participate in the committee - from sole practitioners to in-house counsel to large firm attorneys - each offer unique insight on the relevant topics of the day, providing an unparalleled synergy at committee meetings. The committee has monthly lunch meetings at which speakers present topics on a range of issues from leasing, loan transactions, commercial development, legislative updates and other pertinent, timely real estate issues. Participating in the committee has proven to be a truly worthwhile experience for me and I invite you to join as well.”
William D. Fergus, Jr. - Real Property Law Committee Chair - Attorney at Law
