Mission

The Probate Court Committee will strive to be the leading provider of quality education for Probate attorneys in central Ohio. The committee will promote the interaction of attorneys to encourage mutual learning and the provision of superior legal services to the community.

A Message from the Probate Court Committee Chair

“Welcome to the Columbus Bar Association's Probate Court Committee. The committee meets at noon on the second Tuesday of each month from September through May. Each meeting features a guest speaker on timely topics in the area of probate and estate planning to keep committee members current and informed. The committee plans to continue its partnership with the Franklin County Probate Court to ensure members are apprised of any changes in Court practices such as the soon to be instituted electronic filing system. My hope as committee chair is to increase member discussion at each meeting and am l always open to new ideas and suggestions. I look forward to the upcoming committee year and hope to see you at our next meeting.”
