Mission

The Probate Court Committee will strive to be the leading provider of quality education for Probate attorneys in central Ohio. The committee will promote the interaction of attorneys to encourage mutual learning and the provision of superior legal services to the community.

A Message from the Probate Court Committee Chair

“Please join the Columbus Bar Association's Probate Court Committee at noon on the second Tuesdays, September through May. Our goal is to provide you with a forum for networking, education, training, collaboration and community service. We will feature a guest speaker at every meeting so you can learn about, or brush up on, relevant probate and estate planning topics. The committee will partner with the Franklin County Probate Court to ensure committee members have the most up-to-date information available on changes in Court policies and procedures. Your commitment and attendance are key to our success. I look forward to seeing you at our next meeting.”
