A Message from the Energy Law Committee Chair

“Energy law is the intersection of many areas of practice: state and federal regulatory practice, administrative law, real estate law, commercial law, oil and gas law, and environmental law. Energy lawyers play an integral part in creating laws and policies for the regulation and consumption of Ohio's vast power resources. As chairperson of the energy law committee, I plan to update you on recent developments in the field and introduce you to leaders in our practice area. I welcome ideas from any committee members on meeting topics, guest speakers, or CLE programs. I look forward to working with you.”
