A Message from the Employee Benefits Committee Chair

“Welcome to the Employee Benefits Committee of the Columbus Bar Association. Many changes are expected to take place in the next couple of years involving the regulation of employee benefits, ranging from qualified retirement plans, nonqualified and executive compensation plans, and health and welfare plans. The purpose of this Committee is to inform practitioners of developments in the law concerning employee benefits matters and encouraging the formation of beneficial professional relationships among its members. We will accomplish this goal primarily by having monthly lunches in a which a speaker presents on a topic, in an effort to keep everyone up-to-date on the latest developments. I encourage you to get involved with our committee and would love to hear program ideas or any suggestions from you.”
