A Message from the Bankruptcy Committee Chair

“Four years ago, I attended my first Bankruptcy Committee meeting. As a young lawyer, I was nervous, but what I found was a warm and welcoming group of professionals. The bankruptcy bar is a tightly-knit community centered around the CBA's Bankruptcy Committee. We all share a passion for our work and for helping our clients. Everyone is willing to learn from, teach and assist other committee members. And through that process, we have all gained many valuable personal and business relationships. For me, my career has progressed by leaps and bounds by being an active participant in this committee. I encourage everyone that practices in any form of insolvency law to join us at our monthly meetings and come to our excellent seminars.
