Fee Arbitration

Mission

The CBA Fee Arbitration Committee administers the fee arbitration program. It provides the panel of potential arbitrators and promotes the use of fee arbitration as a means to assist the public and the Bar to resolve fee disputes. In that process, it strives to facilitate justice; to encourage professionalism among members of the Bar; and to promote a positive image of the services rendered by the profession to the public.
