Columbus Bar CLE Policies and Procedures

Location of seminars

All seminars are held at the Columbus Bar offices, 175 S. Third Street, Suite 1100, unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation policy

The Columbus Bar reserves the right to modify or cancel a program if circumstances warrant. If the Columbus Bar cancels a program, full tuition will be refunded. Cancellations by program participants received by 5 p.m. the business day prior to the program will be refunded less a $25 service fee. No refunds are given for cancellations received on or after the day of the programs. Upon request, course materials are available in consideration of tuition paid.

Services for persons with disabilities

If a registrant requires special arrangements in order to participate in a Columbus Bar program, please contact the Columbus Bar at least one week prior to the course date at 614/221.4112.

Audio/video taping of programs

The Columbus Bar does not allow the audio and/or video taping of programs by participants.

Auditing courses

The Columbus Bar does not allow participants to "audit" courses. Only individuals paying tuition will be allowed admittance to a Columbus Bar CLE course.
