E-Filing and Notification System Training for
Franklin County Courts

The Franklin County Clerk of Courts and the Franklin County Common Pleas Court are implementing a new electronic filing system ("the e-Filing System") which will be mandatory for many civil and criminal case types. Civil is scheduled to go live September 20 (date subject to change). The new system will cut down on the time it takes to file and track your cases, giving you more time to build your client base.

On July 19th, the CBA held a one hour CLE program presented by Dallas Powell of Tybera Development Group, the company that designed and installed the system. Multiple 1.0 CLE hour video replays of the program will be offered at the CBA beginning August, 8th. Learn directly from the system's designer the ins and outs of Franklin County e-filing. Use of the e-filing system will be mandatory for many civil and criminal case types. Click here to read the Administrative Order for the system. See below for the complete listing of video replays. Magistrate William Reddington is moderating six of the seven video replays, and Magistrate Mark Petrucci is moderating the August 31st seminar.

These programs are CLE Easy Pass eligible.
