Each Wednesday evening attorney members work the phones at ABC 6 TV public service "ASK THE ATTORNEY," answering queries from callers who aren’t always sure their issues are legal. Inquires are varied – generally expected and sometimes surprising. Areas of inquiry are generally common: domestic, landlord-tenant, immigration, wills and trusts, sometimes a “how to start” business. If you would like to volunteer for this public service any Wednesday 5-7 pm, contact Marion Smithberger at Marion@cbalaw.org or call 340.2070. All conversations with callers are private and confidential.
