Ethics, Professionalism & Substance Abuse is Now "Attorney Conduct"

Ohio attorneys are no longer required to earn a specific number of hours in ethics, professionalism, and substance abuse. Instead, attorneys may choose 2.5 hours from a range of courses that have been approved as meeting the “attorney conduct” requirement. These courses are noted on the CBA website with the label "Attorney Conduct CLE Hours." Any "Attorney Conduct" CLE hours earned beyond the 2.5 hour requirement will be converted to general CLE credits.

CLE Materials

Beginning April 1, 2014, complimentary CLE handout materials will only be provided in electronic format. If you would like to purchase hard copy handout materials, please select the "add" box when you are registering, so that we can process your request.
