This session will highlight record retention as part of a thorough compliance plan. At the end of the one-hour presentation, attendees will be able to identify compliance issues involving record retention; identify federal record retention rules which may apply to many industries; identify record retention requirements examples in Ohio law; understand an approach to creating a records retention policy.
