Designed to bring members of the legal profession together in a relaxed and informal atmosphere, the CBA@noon Luncheon Series offers networking, socializing, and the chance to hear about timely personal and professional development topics. Spring has sprung! Warmer weather and longer days can boost your energy level and can be great timing to start a new exercise program or to recommit to that new year's resolution! Learn how to establish goals, develop a program, fit exercise into your schedule, and set yourself up for success by attending this program. Speakers: Drew Haslinger, Director of Corporate Sales, Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club and Rick Rick III CSCS, RKC, Head Personal Trainer, Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club. Lunch available, by reservation, for $8.
