In Brief: The Columbus Bar Blawg

Effective January 1, 2013, a new Supreme Court Rule will require courts to hire a certified foreign language or sign language interpreter.  This is something the Court has been working toward for a few years.  While this may have financial implications for our courts, the move is necessary to ensure that parties receive the most effective representation to which they are entitled under our system of justice.
